Why IS That?
Because it touches on the two essential parts of what is needed to thrive in the Kingdom of God.

This is a "No Matter What" mindset.
e.g. (Romans 8:38-39 says, "For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, [39] Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God."

"Noma matter what" encompasses every no matter what situations and nothing is left behind. This is something one need to always have at the back of their heads. The love of God for us is so great we should never feel alone.
No matter how hard situations might seems, it must always come to our minds that God's love for us is unconditional and will always prevail no matter what
