There is ROI and there is IOI.
Most of us are familiar with ROI (Return on Investment) but in today's climate, I believe IOI (Intent Optics Impact) is just as important (or even more important)!
You can have the right intent but the wrong impact!
In Matthew 15:8 Jesus says, “These people honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me."
Do you know some people like that? Or should I ask, have we ever found ourselves being perceived by others in such light. - where our intent is honorable, but the optics shows quite a different story.
