All Diamonds Are Not Created Equal?
On the surface, that statement appears to be true. However, if you agree with that statement you are saying that diamonds are created and that simply is not true.
Diamonds are formed (not created).
The formation process occurs through pressure and heat below surface. This is the testing phase. What is being tested is our commitment and loyalty.
Like human beings, during this testing phase, grit, resilience, and high performance habits are formed.

But the process is not over when the diamond gets to the surface (through volcanic eruption). What follows testing is refinement.
On the surface we can appear as diamonds (aka Luminaries). But deep inside we know we have some dysfunctional beliefs that has placed a veil over our true luminescence. This is where being disciplined to submit oneself to the refinement process comes into play.
I know it's rough out there, but you are an authentic diamond in the rough.
